Kim Ji Yoon, known as the older sister of BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, is set to take on a new variety show challenge.
Through her personal Instagram, Kim Ji Yoon shared the news herself, writing: “I finally have good news to share. On August 26 at 5 p.m., I’ll join ENA’s ‘Super Seller: Incentive Game’ for my first live commerce on Grip.”
In the released teaser video, when asked if she feels burdened being known as Jisoo’s sister, Kim Ji Yoon calmly replied, “No. Because it’s true. How could I change the fact that I was born this way?” She also spoke about Jisoo’s reaction, saying, “I think she’ll like it. Knowing her personality, she’ll probably say, ‘Go for it, do your best,’ and cheer me on.”
Kim Ji Yoon shared her past experience working as a flight attendant and telecom call center agent, where she was once praised as a ‘king of kindness.’ Now active as an influencer with 540,000 followers, she expressed her determination: “Sometimes a beginner can outperform the pros. I’m competitive by nature, so I’ll aim for first place.”
Born in 1990, Kim Ji Yoon is married and has two sons.
ENA’s new variety program ‘Super Seller: Incentive Game’ brings together 40 participants of different ages, genders, and professions to compete purely on their selling skills. In this survival competition, sales performance directly determines survival, setting the stage for an intense sell-out battle. The show will premiere in October.
