
SHINee’s Minho will reveal his intense triathlon training and unique daily routine on the July 11 episode of MBC’s popular reality show 'I Live Alone.'
Now in his fifth year of living alone, Minho opens up his home and training lifestyle to viewers. Known for his charismatic stage presence and versatility in dramas and theater, Minho has recently gained recognition as one of the top athletes among idols, taking on various sports with enthusiasm.
The episode begins with Minho waking up to an extraordinary number of alarms. Setting between 20 to 40 alarms at one-minute intervals, he surprises the cast of 'I Live Alone.' Struggling to get out of bed, he admits, "I’m not a morning person. I set at least 20 alarms, sometimes even 40."
Minho also invites viewers into his home, which features a calm interior design with shades of grey and wood tones. He reveals that it is his first home and says, “I chose it right away after seeing this,” hinting at a special feature that caught his attention.
Just ten minutes after waking up, Minho heads out to his training center. He shares that his life motto is "Let’s challenge ourselves" and explains that he began training for a triathlon three months ago. Despite only two months of preparation, he competed in his first event and placed among the top finishers. He is now training hard for his next competition scheduled in November.
