Actress Lim Ji Yeon has been selected as the first official ambassador for Mercedes-Maybach in Korea.
On July 7, Han Sung Motor Company (CEO Marco Kim), the official Mercedes-Maybach dealer in Korea, announced that Lim Ji Yeon was chosen as the inaugural figure for its customer appreciation project, 'Culture Voyage x Ambassador,' celebrating the company’s 40th anniversary. A special vehicle delivery ceremony was held, marking the start of this new campaign.
'Culture Voyage x Ambassador' is a customer-invitation program designed to expand brand engagement and enrich the luxury experience by appointing prominent figures in fields like culture, arts, and sports as brand ambassadors.
Lim Ji Yeon participated as the official ambassador for the first installment of the program, held at the Han Sung Motor Cheongdam showroom with VIP clients from the Gangnam area in attendance.
The Cheongdam showroom is Korea’s only Maybach-specialized exhibition space designed with the Exclusive Lounge Plus interior concept, embodying the luxury and philosophy of the Mercedes-Maybach brand. Guests were allowed to experience the distinctive privacy and value the Maybach environment offers.
The event was hosted by broadcaster and announcer Shin Ah Young and featured an official ceremony in which Lim Ji Yeon received the Mercedes-Maybach S 580. She also held a signing session where she personally interacted with guests, creating a warm and memorable atmosphere.
Lim Ji Yeon shared, “It’s a great honor to collaborate with Han Sung Motor Company in such a meaningful year marking its 40th anniversary. I’m delighted to be part of this meaningful journey as an ambassador connecting customers with the brand. I’ll do my best to convey Han Sung Motor’s sincerity and trust to even more people.”
