The June 1 episode of SBS variety show 'My Little Old Boy' gave viewers their first look into the daily life of actor Yoon Si Yoon. Ahead of his role in the upcoming drama 'Taxi Driver 3', Yoon Si Yoon revealed that he is currently undergoing a strict weight loss regimen.
“I want to give off a gaunt and hollow look,” Yoon Si Yoon explained. “My current body fat percentage is 6.5%, and my goal is 5%.” He has already lost 10 kilograms for the role. Upon hearing this, Seo Jang Hoon commented, “Kim Jong Kook is at 9%, and Cristiano Ronaldo is at 7%. That’s practically no fat for the average person.”

The show also highlighted Yoon Si Yoon’s meticulously structured daily routine. He wakes up at 7 a.m., sets alarms by the minute, and plans his day in detail. “I organize the next day’s schedule the night before,” he said. “If I don’t, I’m afraid I’ll waste time. I’m scared of becoming lazy.”
He added, “I’m actually a very lazy person by nature, so I can’t function without a plan. I gain energy by living according to a schedule.”
His living space reflected the same mindset. Yoon Si Yoon revealed that he doesn’t have a sofa in his home, saying, “The sofa is the number one cause of laziness, so I got rid of it.” He added, “I want my home to feel like it’s welcoming me completely. No matter how busy I am, I don’t allow it to get messy.”

The episode also showed Yoon Si Yoon doing strength training and working with a personal trainer. After the workout, he checked his abs in the mirror, revealing a physique that reflects his commitment to his fitness goals. Host Shin Dong Yup reacted, “I want to live with that body just for one day.”
Yoon Si Yoon is currently preparing for filming after being cast in SBS’s new drama Taxi Driver 3.
