Singer Lee Hyori made an appearance on the latest episode of the YouTube talk show ‘Pinggyego’, led by MC Yoo Jae Suk.
The icon divulges on how she maintains her slim physique, revealing that she has been intermittent fasting for fifteen years. She wakes up around 7:30 AM and skips breakfast, only having lunch and dinner. She keeps to a 17-hour fasting period, having her meals in the remaining seven hours.
Lee Hyori elaborates that her family has dinner at around 6 to 6:30 PM. Yoo Jae Suk states that finds that once he starts having supper past 10 PM, it becomes a habit and he keeps craving for food at a late hour. Lee Hyo Ri responds that their family has never ever had supper, that food delivery is not available to their address. She adds that her family has been cooking their meals for the past 11 years, and eats out once in a while, but has never ordered food delivery even once.
Lee Hyo Ri married singer Lee Sang Soon in 2013. After settling in Jeju Island for years, they have recently relocated to Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul.
