A representative of Galaxy Corporation has stepped up to once again deny G-Dragon's dating rumors with singer/actress Lee Jooyeon.
Previously, some time near the end of April, Lee Jooyeon posted a selca taken with a gray cat on her SNS. Soon afterward, sleuthing fans raised speculations that the interior shown in the background resembled G-Dragon's living room, and that the gray cat also resembled G-Dragon's Abyssinian, Iye.
Fans particularly pointed to the cat's the furry pink accessory around the cat's neck, noting that it closely resembled the 'Chanel' neck accessory worn by Iye on multiple occasions.
However, according to Galaxy Corporation on June 6 KST, "The ongoing dating rumors between G-Dragon and Lee Jooyeon are not true."
Meanwhile, G-Dragon and Lee Jooyeon first became wrapped up in dating rumors in 2017. At the time, both sides claimed, "They are only good friends." The dating rumors then resurfaced three more times, twice in 2019 and once more when sources claimed that the two were spotted on a vacation on Jeju island.
G-Dragon has previously been wrapped up in dating rumors with top stars like Mizuhara Kiko, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon, Komatsu Nana, BLACKPINK's Jennie, and TWICE's Sana.
