Actress Kim Tae Yeon appeared on the red carpet of the 61st Baeksang Arts Awards, held on May 5th KST at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul.
Kim Tae Yeon was nominated for Best New Actress for her performance as young Ae Soon in 'When Life Gives You Tangerines'.
As Kim Tae Yeon currently has no agency, singer-actress IU stepped in to support her by gifting her hair styling, makeup, and a dress for the event. The heartwarming story came to light when Kim Tae Yeon’s mother posted a thank-you message on social media.
IU, who was also nominated for Best Actress at the same ceremony, attended the event and graced the evening alongside the young Ae Soon.
