Actress Go Min Si has been swept up in school bullying allegations, which her agency has firmly denied.
On May 26, a representative from Mystic Story (Mystic Actors) told iMBC, “We are aware of the post. We trust the actor. The claims are groundless.”
Earlier that day, a post titled "We are the victims of actress Ko ○○’s school bullying" was uploaded to an online community. The anonymous author claimed to be a former classmate of a well-known actress, recounting her alleged violent behavior and unethical actions during middle school.
Although the post did not explicitly name the actress, netizens quickly speculated that it referred to Go Min Si, citing details such as her former legal name, past photos, and her 2020 apology for underage drinking.
The poster accused the actress of “bullying multiple classmates, extorting money and belongings, verbal abuse, and mocking students with disabilities.” The post also alleged she involved delinquent peers from outside the school and boasted about her actions.
Despite the controversy, Mystic Story stood by Go Min Si, asserting that the accusations are false. Go Min Si previously acknowledged and apologized for an incident of underage drinking in 2020, calling it “a careless mistake.”
The poster concluded by stating that they are not seeking an apology or compensation but hope the actress halts her activities permanently to prevent further harm.
