
EXO member and solo artist Baekhyun has wrapped up the first-day sales for his new solo album.
According to the data released by Hanteo, the singer's latest project, 'Essence of Reverie,' had approximately 784,000 copies sold on its first day of release on May 19.
With this, 'Essence of Reverie' has become Baekhyun's second-highest-selling album in first-day sales, behind his fourth mini-album, 'Hello, World,' which recorded around 890,000 units sold.
Additionally, Baekhyun's 'Essence of Reverie' now claims the title of the highest album first-day sales by a K-Pop soloist in 2025.
Meanwhile, 'Essence of Reverie' marks the artist's fifth mini-album, featuring the tracks "Chocolate," "Elevator," "Lemonade," "Love Comes Back," "No Problem," "Black Dreams," and "Late Night Calls."
