Mukbang YouTuber Tzuyang left a doctor astonished with her physical condition during her first-ever full medical examination, as shown on the April 28th episode of her YouTube channel ‘Tzuyang’s Garden Outside.’
Tzuyang appeared after fasting for 38 hours, saying, “I’ve never gone without food for this long. I honestly thought I was going to die. I must have gone to the bathroom a hundred times,” she said, shaking her head.
She underwent an endoscopy as the final part of her checkup. Although she boasted she would stay awake for three seconds after the anesthesia injection, she fell asleep after two seconds, drawing laughter.
The specialist who examined Tzuyang’s stomach was genuinely amazed. The doctor explained, “The average BMI for women is around 20–22, but Tzuyang’s is 17.5, which actually classifies as underweight. Despite this, the size of her stomach is larger than that of most adult males. That’s why she’s able to eat so much. Her stomach volume is about 30–40% bigger than average. It seems her absorption, digestion, and excretion abilities are exceptionally strong.”
The doctor also noted, “Even markers like glycated hemoglobin, which can spike after heavy meals, are completely normal. Her colonoscopy and kidney health were also perfect. She has a very healthy physique overall.”
Meanwhile, Tzuyang is one of South Korea’s most popular mukbang YouTubers, boasting 1.18 million subscribers.
