The late Kim Sae Ron’s final work has been released as a music video.
On April 28, the team behind the film 'Guitar Man' (directed by Lee Sun Jung) uploaded the music video for the original soundtrack (OST) “A World Without Pain” to the YouTube channel ‘Prossima Music.’
The video, which runs approximately 4 minutes and 26 seconds, features scenes from the movie. The music video highlights various emotions the late actress showcased in different scenes of the movie.
In the film, Kim Sae Ron plays Shin Yoo Jin, the keyboardist of the band Volcano. She showcased delicate emotional acting in the film that captured her talent. In one scene, she is seen smiling brightly alongside Lee Sun Jung, who also served as the producer, director, and lead actor.
'Guitar Man' tells the story of an unknown guitarist who joins an underground band. Following Kim Sae Ron’s passing on February 16, the movie became her final work.
“A World Without Pain” is one of the theme songs from Guitar Man. Lee Sun Jung wrote, composed, arranged, and provided vocals for the track. All proceeds from the song will be donated.
Meanwhile, Kim Sae Ron made her debut in 2009 with the film 'A Brand New Life.' She gained popularity through works like 'The Man from Nowhere,' 'The Neighbors,' 'Manhole,' and more.
