T-ara’s Hyomin’s husband revealed as executive director at Bain Capital and SNU graduate

The identity of T-ara member Hyomin’s husband, previously known only as a "finance man," has now been revealed.

On April 17, Financial News reported, citing sources from the investment banking industry, that Hyomin's husband is Kim Hyun Seung, Executive Director at Bain Capital's Korea office, a leading global private equity firm (PEF).

Bain Capital has been gaining increasing recognition in the global private equity space, and Kim is reportedly one of the firm's key figures in Korea, overseeing major deals and portfolio management.

According to the report, Kim graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He began his career at Bain & Company and later worked at Unison Capital before joining Bain Capital in 2018.

Meanwhile, Hyomin held her wedding on the 6th at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul. Prior to the wedding, she announced her marriage, saying, "He's not a perfect handsome man, but I've met a man who I find charming."
