April 15, One Hundred Label has released an official statement addressing the current status of legal action being taken in response to false rumors and malicious online posts targeting The Boyz member Sunwoo.
The agency stated that it has been collecting evidence through internal monitoring and fan reports on platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), DC Inside, and Theqoo. These materials include defamatory content and malicious comments aimed at the artist.
Based on the gathered evidence, One Hundred Label submitted a formal complaint to the Gwangjin Police Station on April 15, pressing charges for defamation and the spread of false information.
The label emphasized that it will continue to monitor harmful content directed at its artists and will respond with firm legal measures without any leniency or settlements.
One Hundred Label expressed gratitude to fans for their continued support and cooperation and reaffirmed its commitment to protecting the rights and well-being of its artists moving forward.

We would like to inform you about the legal action being taken regarding the spread of false information and malicious posts related to THE BOYZ member Sunwoo.
Up until now, we have collected evidence of malicious posts and comments on platforms such as X (formerly Twitter), DC Inside, and Theqoo through our own monitoring and reports from fans.
Based on this, on the 15th, we filed a criminal complaint with the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station for defamation, insult, and spreading false information.
Following this notice, we would like to inform you that we will continue to collect and review malicious posts directed at the agency’s artists and will take swift legal action without any settlements or leniency.
