April 4, In a heartfelt message to fans, members Dita, Jinny, and Minji have announced their departure from SECRET NUMBER following the termination of their exclusive contracts with Vine Entertainment.
In a joint statement, the three idols shared that after much deliberation, they decided to part ways with Vine Entertainment, which has also chosen not to renew their contracts. As a result, their official activities as members of SECRET NUMBER have come to an end.
“We’ve always given our very best, but despite numerous discussions, we ultimately came to the conclusion that under the current situation, it would be extremely difficult for us to move forward,” they expressed in their statement.
The trio also conveyed their gratitude for the love and support they received from fans over the years, acknowledging the difficulty of this decision. However, they reassured supporters that this marks a new beginning rather than an end, as each of them intends to continue their careers in their ways.
SECRET NUMBER, a group that debuted under Vine Entertainment in 2020, gained popularity with hits like 'Who Dis?' and 'Got That Boom.' The departure of Dita, Jinny, and Minji raises questions about the group’s future and its remaining members.
