TXT’s Taehyun donates 25 million KRW(~17,000 USD) on his birthday to support youth arts education.
Taehyun of TOMORROW X TOGETHER celebrated his birthday on the 5th by making a generous donation of 25 million KRW to the Community Chest of Korea’s Love Fruit campaign. His contribution will support arts and cultural education programs for underprivileged youth in culturally marginalized areas.
Taehyun expressed his gratitude, saying, “I wanted to give back to my fans for their love, and I’m honored to participate in another donation this year. Last year, I heard that my donation made a meaningful impact, which made me proud and led me to contribute again to the same cause.” He added, “I know how powerful encouragement and support can be for someone, and I hope this small gesture provides strength to those in need.”
Meanwhile, TOMORROW X TOGETHER had an active year in 2024, releasing their sixth mini-album ‘minisode 3: TOMORROW’ in April and their seventh mini-album ‘The Name Chapter: Sanctuary’ in November.
The group is set to embark on their world tour ‘ACT: PROMISE - EP.2’, kicking off from March 7th to 9th at Inspire Arena in Incheon. They will then visit fans in Barcelona, London, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Tokyo, and Macau.
