On February 27 KST, the '22nd Korean Music Awards', sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, recognized excellent music released in the Korean popular music industry in 2024.
The honor of 'Top Song of 2024' went to aespa's "Supernova", while 'Top Artist of 2024' went to Lee Seung Yoon. The 'Top Album of 2024' was 'Hail to the Music' by Danpyunsun and the Moments Ensemble.
Along with 'Top Song', girl group aespa took home three honors at the ceremony including 'Top K-Pop Album' and 'Top K-Pop Song'.
