Korean makeup brand Banila Co has announced BABYMONSTER as its new brand ambassador.
According to Banila Co, BABYMONSTER’s signature trendy yet lovely image aligns perfectly with the brand, leading to their selection. The company is highly anticipating the synergy between BABYMONSTER’s diverse charms and Banila Co’s extensive lineup of makeup products.
BABYMONSTER, known as a “monster rookie” girl group, has captivated fans with their high-teen aesthetic, charismatic energy, and exceptional live performances.
Under YG Entertainment, the group’s first mini-album 'BABYMONS7ER,' released in April last year, set a record for the highest first-week sales for a debut album by a K-pop girl group, surpassing 400,000 copies. Their first full-length album’s title track 'DRIP,' released in November, further solidified their global presence by ranking 16th on the Billboard Global chart and 30th on the Billboard Global 200.
As Banila Co’s brand ambassador, BABYMONSTER will actively participate in various promotional activities, including photoshoots and product campaigns. The company plans to leverage BABYMONSTER’s distinctive appeal to introduce trendy makeup campaigns and styles tailored to Gen Z preferences.
