Krystal (Jung Soo Jung) has been confirmed to appear in the film 'Audition 109,' directed by Oh Seong Ho and Jung Woo.
'Audition 109' stars actor Jung Woo, who is also co-directing the film alongside Oh Seong Ho, marking his debut as a film director. The movie tells the story of Jjanggu, a man from Busan who moves to Seoul with dreams of becoming an actor. The plot will focus on his journey of pursuing his dreams and navigating love.
In 2023, Krystal gained acclaim for her role as Han Yu Rim, a popular actress from the 1970s, in Kim Ji Woon’s film 'Cobweb.' Starring alongside top actors such as Song Kang Ho, Im Soo Jung, Oh Jung Se, and Jeon Yeo Bin, Krystal stood out for her strong screen presence.
Her performance in Cobweb earned her the Best New Actress Award at the 33rd Buil Film Awards, as well as the Best Supporting Actress trophy at the 28th Chunsa International Film Festival.
In February of last year, Krystal joined the agency Beasts And Natives. She also surprised fans by releasing new cover songs, "I’m Coming Back" and "Georgy Porgy," through her official Cloud account.
