On November 12th, Feel Ghood Music announced that global dance crew 1MILLION’s Amy and Reddy would be collaborating on the performance choreography for BIBI’s upcoming double single, 'Derre,' set to release on November 14th.
Known for their creative dance style and as top performers in the K-pop scene, 1MILLION will serve as the performance directors for the title track 'Derre,' promising an exciting collaboration with BIBI.
Amy and Reddy shared their enthusiasm for working with BIBI, an artist they’ve long admired. “We were excited about the chance to work with an artist like BIBI, who has such a unique vibe. The dreamy, cute, yet sensual elements in her voice really inspired a lot of ideas for us.”
According to Feel Ghood Music, the performance for 'Derre' is set to reveal a new side of BIBI, different from her usual powerful stage presence. Described as playful and “sly like a shy cat,” this new style will be showcased partially in the music video, with a full performance video to follow.
With this release, BIBI completes the lineup of collaborations for her latest project. She was involved in the lyrics and composition of both tracks, bringing her unique artistic vision into synergy with her collaborators.
The single also features contributions from producer FRNK, music video director Kim Hyun Soo of Segaji Video, and actress Jeon Jong Seo, creating anticipation for the music video. The second track, 'Burn It,' includes a feature by DEAN, adding his distinctive R&B flavor.
With the release just days away, BIBI’s November looks even more eventful. Expanding her career as an actress, she is currently starring in Disney+ original series 'Gangnam B-Side' and SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama 'The Fiery Priest 2,' both generating significant buzz. 'Gangnam B-Side' has entered the global TOP 10, and 'The Fiery Priest 2' broke SBS’s record for highest ratings on a Friday-Saturday premiere.
