On November 1 KST, Netflix Korea confirmed the exciting cast lineup for its new supernatural comedy action series, 'The Wonder Fools'.
The story takes place in 1999, when an unexpected incident bestows supernatural powers to a handful of ordinary folks in an ordinary town. The townsfolk must team up to defeat a villain threatening the peace of Haeseong city.
Talented actress Park Eun Bin will take on the role of Eun Chae Ni, described as the "neighborhood dirtbag". One day, she finds that she can use mysterious super powers.
Opposite Park Eun Bin, singer/actor Cha Eun Woo plays the role of Lee Woon Jung, a civil servant from Seoul who sticks to principles to a fault. He begins investigating a series of disappearances in Haeseong city and teams up with Eun Chae Ni to crack the case.
Alongside Park Eun Bin and Cha Eun Woo, veteran actors including Kim Hae Sook, Choi Dae Hoon, Lim Sung Jae, and Son Hyun Joo will join the cast for a dynamic and riveting storyline. Directed by Yoo In Sik of 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', 'The Wonder Fools' is coming to Netflix some time in 2025.
