"FRI(END)S" is a pop soul R&B track that expresses the desire to "put the 'end' in friends" and elevate a longstanding friendship to a deeper level, as cleverly hinted by the title's wordplay.

The song features sweet lyrics and a soothing melody that blends beautifully with Taehyung's voice and emotions.

In the music video, Taehyung showcases two contrasting sides of himself, depicting parallel experiences of being single and being in a relationship.

The "FRI(END)S" music video was filmed in the UK and directed by renowned British director Samuel Bradley. Upon its release, the video ranked #1 on YouTube’s Global Top Music Videos chart.
