According to JYP Entertainment on the 25th, DAY6 recently met Lee Geon-woo (7), who is suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and held a mini concert, presenting him with musical instruments.
Since 2019, JYP has been continuing the 'EDM Project' with Make-A-Wish Korea to provide emotional support for children with rare diseases.
The meeting between DAY6 and Lee Geon-woo was made possible after Make-A-Wish Korea shared the story that Lee, a fan of Day6, could not attend concerts due to his weakened immune system.
DAY6 encouraged Lee Geon-woo by saying, "Get healthy and let's meet at the concert," while gifting him a piano and performing for him.
