ATTRAKT, the agency representing FIFTY FIFTY, has secured provisional seizure of bonds against The Givers, led by co-CEOs Kwon Ji Sun and Ahn Seong Il. Filed through the Seoul Central District Court via their legal representative, Seojeong Law Firm, the application was accepted on April 24 KST.
The legal action stems from a lawsuit filed by ATTRAKT on September 27 last year, seeking damages from The Givers and its executives for alleged illegal activities and contractual breaches. The provisional seizure, amounting to 1 billion won, is aimed at preserving assets pending the outcome of the main lawsuit. Seojeong Law Firm emphasized the necessity of this measure, citing concerns over the potential difficulty of executing damages awarded in the future.
