During a recent guest appearance on Shin Dong Yup's YouTube channel, former SISTAR member Soyou candidly shared her experience with severe panic disorder.
On the show aired on May 13 KST, Soyou revealed that she faced difficult times dealing with panic attacks amid her busy schedule in the past. She admitted, "I suffered from really severe panic attacks. I barely remember anything about the 'Lean on Me' promotions. It's all a blur because I was heavily reliant on medication."
Soyou also discussed her coping mechanisms for stress, mentioning, "Nowadays, I focus on having fun. I make it a point to go on a trip at least once a year. When I travel, I let go of all my worries and just enjoy myself."
