On the 27th, the penultimate episode of tvN's drama "Queen of Tears" premiered at a restaurant in Yeouido, Seoul. Lead actors Kim Ji Won and Kim Soo Hyun were in attendance, and were surprised to see a large crowd of fans and reporters waiting outside the venue after the episode was shown.
The showing of support was meaningful for the two stars. Kim Ji Won commented, "Seeing the amount of reporters and fans who gathered, I realize how much love "Queen of Tears" received. Thank you so much for your love, thank you for crying and laughing with me, and I would appreciate it if you could stay with me until tomorrow."
Kim Soo Hyun added, “Thank you for such great love. I hope you will continue loving us until the last episode and next week's special broadcast.”
"Queen of Tears," which began with 5.9% viewership in South Korea, is now achieving great success with a viewership of 21.6%. This is only 0.1% difference from "Crash Landing on You" (21.7%), which recorded the highest viewership of tvN dramas ever.
The finale of “Queen of Tears” is scheduled for April 28.

My very honest opinion, I was really disappointed by how the overall flow of ep15 turned out. Ep14 was one of the most heart wrenching episodes filled with laughter and tears, but this ep was just bad script writing through and through, if not for the the two actors, I would have switched off the show. I dont get how they also put so much focus on the aunts love story and forced the rest of the script writing to be rush. (My opinion is that her whole love story could have been ommited from the show.) Like Hae ins life going back to normal immediately after coming out of the surgery was so so rushed. We are down to the finale and im not sure how the script can save the show. Regardless of my rant, I still do appreciate the stellar acting from Ji won and Soo Hyun thus far.
