Jung Eun-ji, a singer and actress, has confirmed her next role in the upcoming JTBC weekend drama "Day and Night She Is Different." (Working title)
IST Entertainment announced on April 30 that Jung Eun-ji has been cast in the new series.
"Day and Night She Is Different" is a romantic comedy about a job-seeking young woman who suddenly finds herself trapped in "old age time," and the capable prosecutor who gets entangled in her life. Eun-ji's character, Lee Mi-jin, has been struggling with job hunting for eight years. Due to a particular incident, she can only enjoy her youth during the night.
This marks Jung Eun-ji's return to television after a hiatus of one year and five months, following her role in the Tving series "City Girl Drinkers 2," where she captivated viewers with her charismatic performance. Her agency expressed high expectations, stating, "Jung Eun-ji, with her solid experience and unique ability to embody characters, will bring a fresh charm to the audience."
The drama is scheduled to premiere in June.
