An official revealed to tenasia that Jeon Somi has decided to join 'I-LAND 2' through her connection with Teddy, the CEO of her agency THEBLACKLABEL. However, the specific role she will play on 'I-LAND 2' remains shrouded in mystery.
Jeon Somi first gained widespread recognition when she participated in Mnet's 'Produce 101' in 2016, ultimately securing the first place and debuting in the girl group, I.O.I. Fans are eager to see what Jeon Somi will bring to 'I-LAND 2', considering her experience as the first-place winner on the original Mnet audition survival program.
Meanwhile, 'I-LAND 2' is scheduled to premiere on April 18, featuring actor Song Kang as the storyteller. This season of 'I-LAND' collaborates with Teddy's THEBLACKLABEL to introduce a new rookie girl group.
