On February 9 KST, BTS's hit English single "Dynamite" officially exceeded a whopping 1.8 billion streams on Spotify, setting a new record among K-Pop artists.

Released on August 21, 2020 as the band's first full-English single and a track from their full-length 'BE', "Dynamite" reached the 1.8 billion stream count on the platform 3 years and 5 months later.

With this, "Dynamite" has become the first-ever song not only by a K-pop act but also among Asian acts to reach the mark in Spotify's history.

Congratulations to BTS!
