Highlighting her charismatic and playful persona, Jisoo's visit to the "Xurreria San Roman" churro shop became a standout moment for fans. Since the release of the vlog, the churro store has experienced a surge in popularity, especially among Korean tourists. This newfound fame has led to consistently long queues and significant media attention from various Spanish news outlets. They have acknowledged Jisoo's substantial impact, crediting her for boosting the local economy and bringing unprecedented popularity to the store.

On January 2024, the enduring influence of BLACKPINK's Jisoo remains evident, with "Xurreria San Roman," the renowned churro store she visited in Barcelona, expanding its reach to Yeonnam-dong, Korea. This international venture has mirrored the store's Spanish success, attracting long queues of eager customers. In response to this overwhelming demand, the owner plans to further expand, introducing additional stalls in key shopping centers and department stores across Korea beginning in February this year.

A notable touch that has resonated with fans is a sign at the new Korean outlet of "Xurreria San Roman." The sign proudly proclaims: "Yes, that's right, the global sensation BLACKPINK's JISOO stood in line and ate at this churrería at our stand in Barcelona." This homage, showcased in videos circulating online, highlights the store's connection to Jisoo and her influential visit.
