According to a poll conducted by Gallup Korea, actor Nam Goong Min was voted as the top performing actor/actress of 2023. 

Between November 2 through December 4, a total of 1,769 respondents over the age of 13 from all regions across South Korea (excluding Jeju Island) were asked to name the top performing actor/actress of 2023. 

The results indicated that 20.2% of the respondents chose actor Nam Goong Min of MBC's 'My Dearest', an overwhelming majority. Next, actress Park Eun Bin of tvN's 'Castaway Diva' came in second place with 6.4% of the total votes. Actress Song Hye Kyo of the Netflix original series 'The Glory' followed closely behind in third place with 6.3% of the votes, demonstrating the popularity of one of the most impactful dramas of the year. 

Nam Goong Min's co-star Ahn Eun Jin of 'My Dearest' earned fourth place with 5.6% of the votes, and Song Joong Ki of JTBC's 'Reborn Rich' ranked fifth place with 3.2%. 

Notably, Park Eun Bin was voted the top performing actor/actress on the same Gallup Korea poll last year for her role in the ENA drama 'Extraordinary Attorney Woo', while Nam Goong Min was ranked third place for his performance in the SBS drama 'One Dollar Lawyer'.
