On November 22 KST, it was reported that producer Jeong Jong Yeon is set to broaden his creative horizons on Netflix with the upcoming launch of 'Mystery Investigation Team'.

'Mystery Investigation Team' represents a fresh venture for Jeong Jong Yeon on Netflix and is distinct from his previous project, 'Devil's Plan'. The show promises to introduce a new dimension of mystery entertainment, featuring Jeong's signature innovative concepts.

Actress Hyeri has also been confirmed to join the cast, marking her first collaboration with producer Jeong Jong Yeon. As a prominent figure in the entertainment industry, her participation raises expectations for the unique contributions she will bring to the show.

Jeong Jong Yeon, renowned for his creation of hit series such as 'The Genius', 'Great Escape', 'Girls' High Mystery Class', and 'The Society Game', has been actively expanding his creative endeavors since departing from CJ ENM last year.

Following his departure, Jeong Jong Yeon joined PD Kim Tae Ho's production company, TEO, and introduced 'Devil's Plan' on Netflix. The show achieved remarkable success, ranking first on Netflix in Korea and securing the third position in Netflix's non-English TV show category.
