Kim Min Kyu is starring in the upcoming drama 'Maestra: Strings of Truth'.
On November 10, reports revealed Kim Min Kyu is starring in tvN's 'Maestra: Strings of Truth', which is based on the 2018 French TV show 'Philharmonia'. The upcoming weekend drama follows the career of a female orchestra conductor Cha Se Eum (played by Lee Young Ae) who faces mysteries within the orchestra. However, a secret she hides ends up causing chaos in her life.
Kim Min Kyu is taking on the role of Cha Se Eum's secretary and longtime fan Kim Tae Ho. He's a clumsy character with charm, and he dedicates his time to assisting Cha Se Eum.
Following his run on 'Produce x 101', Kim Min Kyu starred in dramas like 'IDOL: The Coup', 'Seasons of Blossom', and 'The Fabulous', and he's currently in talks to star in MBN's 'The Crown Prince Has Disappeared'.
'Maestra: Strings of Truth' premieres on December 9 at 9:20PM KST.
