Lee Sun Gyun is currently under investigation for suspicion of drug use, and the police have found new evidence.

The actor faces allegations of drug consumption at the home of a madam who runs an adult entertainment business in Gangnam. However, up to this point, all drug tests administered to him have yielded negative results.

Lee Sun Gyun is claiming that the entertainment establishment madam had deceived him and was unaware that he had taken illegal drugs. However, it has been confirmed that the police are expanding the investigation after obtaining phone call recordings and other logs that specify the time and frequency in which Lee Sun Gyun is suspected to have used drugs.

Moreover, KBS News obtained the phone recordings between Lee Sun Gyun and the Madam, suggesting their relationship.

In the voice recording, Lee Sun Gyun is heard confessing his feelings to Madam by saying, "I really like you too. You know that right?" The Madam responds, "I don't know. Since you don't express it." 

Additionally, there are other phone call logs that reveal conversations presumed to be related to drug use. In another phone call, the Madam is heard saying, "Oppa, when you were smoking weed next to me. I didn't because it stays on the body for a long time. When you look at the kit you know?" and Lee Sun Gyun is heard responding "Yeah."

With the Madam's statement to the police and the existence of phone call recordings, the police have initiated a thorough investigation into Lee Sun Gyun's drug use.

In particular, the police have identified specific points in time and the frequency of the suspected drug use by cross-examining the Madam's claims. The Madam claimed that Lee Sun Gyun had used drugs five times, including in October of last year, and the police have compared her statement with surveillance footage, text messages, and taxi records and specified four of these incidents.

The Madam is also known to have provided the police with specific circumstances of Lee Sun Gyun's drug use. However, the details are only based on the Madam's claims and indirect evidence confirmed by the police. The police have not yet secured direct evidence that Lee Sun Gyun had used drugs.

Korean netizens are closely paying attention to Lee Sun Gyun's drug case, and many are expressing deep disappointment at the confirmation that the actor had indeed frequented an adult entertainment establishment and became involved with the Madam there.

K-netizens commented, "They were talking about weed, so he definitely did drugs.
