To celebrate the festive season and bid farewell to the year, Apink has prepared a special Christmas carol, adding a personal touch with members Eunji and Namjoo contributing to the songwriting.

IST Entertainment, Apink's managing agency, announced on November 30th that the group is set to release a holiday-themed track titled 'PINK CHRISTMAS.' The song, scheduled for release at 6 PM KST on December 11, is aimed at commemorating the festive Christmas period.

This announcement was also shared across Apink's official social media platforms. Accompanying the announcement was an image that perfectly encapsulates the warmth and joy of the season. It featured a charming winter scene enhanced by a logo resembling a pink ribbon atop a glittering Christmas tree decoration.

This is the first new song from the group in about 8 months. Apink released their 10th mini album 'Self' in April. It broke its own highest initial sales record at the time, showing off its presence.
