The 'SBS Super Concert,' initially planned to take place in London, England, has unfortunately been canceled. The disappointing news was formally announced on September 13 KST by SBS.

A plethora of popular K-Pop artists had been listed in the event's lineup, including eminent groups and singers such as TXT, The Boyz, ITZY, ZEROBASEONE, ONEUS, WEi, Xikers, Choi Ye Na, and Dream Catcher. Each of these artists enjoys a significant fan following, globally, promising a vibrant and captivating concert experience that many K-Pop fans were especially looking forward to.

The cancellation of the 'SBS Super Concert' is a significant disappointment for K-Pop enthusiasts in England, who were keenly awaiting the event, which promised an exciting fusion of music, dance, and the unique flair of K-pop artists. Not only was the concert expected to deliver spellbinding performances, but it was also aimed to stimulate cultural exchange and appreciation between South Korea and England.

While the specifics about the inherent reasons behind the cancellation remain undisclosed, SBS reassured fans stating, "We greatly regret the disappointment our cancellation may have caused," further suggesting they will continue actively working towards creating more opportunities for international fans to enjoy K-Pop music.

Sad they couldn't sell enough tickets - not surprising considering the pricing they were going for but I feel bad for fans who made travel arrangements. They didn't post a reason here, but they were advertising discounted tickets and packages through affiliated shows. This is also the second time the same company had canceled a show in London... hopefully it will not detract from artists being able to get venues or perform in London. Pretty sure the kpop lux shows were just pretty terribly organized, priced, advertised, and run from all accounts

Poor ticket sales I expect. I looked at it, thought about it, thought about it some more, and then ended up deciding it was just too expensive to see groups I wasn't particularly excited about. The tickets for the weekend, in the pit, were over £700 each. Even the ordinary tickets were well over £100 for one day. Then they didn't have the artists, it was going to be over three days with the third day's artists unannounced, ITZY were on twice and so were XIKERS, then they condensed it into two days with the same groups.

.

I think they need to organise things better, and they also need to get it out of their heads that British people have money to burn, right now everyone is struggling, and going to a Kpop festival is way down on the list of everyone's priorities.
