On August 15 KST, TVING announced that the 2022 original series 'Bargain' was officially invited to the primetime section of the '48th Toronto International Film Festival' from September 7-17.
The prime time section is a section that has been discovering new creators by highlighting series. TVING's original series, 'Bargain', is a thriller about the story that unfolds when a major earthquake strikes the building where ransom negotiations took place. It is based on a short film of the same name. Jin Seon Kyu, Jeon Jong Seo, and Jang Ryool took on the lead roles.
Previously, this work won the 'Cannes International Series Festival Screenplay Award' and the 'German Series and Drama Festival Siriencamp Critics Award'.
A TVING official said, "We hope that more audiences will experience the unique charm of the work through this film festival."
