Fantagio asked fans not to see Cha Eun Woo at the airport during his activities in Thailand.

On April 23, Prestige Entertainment revealed Cha Eun Woo would be making an appearance at the upcoming Konnec Thai event, and Fantagio then released a statement asking fans not to appear at the airport for the ASTRO member's flights. The label stated, "ASTRO's Cha Eun Woo will be leaving for Thailand for his Konnec Thai schedule, which will be held on the 29th and 30th. We ask fans to refrain from coming to the airport for his departing and arriving flights."

Fantagio further stated, "As the airport schedule has not been made public, visiting the airport and filming are not allowed. This is for the safety of both fans and artist, so we ask for your understanding."
