BTS's SUGA becomes a global ambassador for the NBA

On April 6, the NBA announced its newly inducted global ambassador, BTS's SUGA!
Well-known as a big fan (and a player) of basketball, SUGA asked fans to look forward to his upcoming collaborations with the NBA.
As many of you know, SUGA previously met with the NBA's star team, the Golden State Warriors, during a practice match held in Japan in September of 2022. In January of this year, the idol was spotted attending a Los Angeles Clippers game.
His stage name, Suga, comes from “shooting guard,” which was the basketball position he played when he was in school.

As an NBA ambassador, SUGA will participate in NBA games and events in the United States and Asia for the remainder of the 2022-23 season and beyond, as well as promotional activities for the league.
