NewJeans' "Attention" has surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify, the world's largest music platform.
According to Spotify on March 28 KST, "Attention" by NewJeans was played 200,562,682 times as of March 26 KST.
It is New Jeans' fourth song to reach 200 million streams, following "Hype boy," "Ditto," and "OMG." NewJeans has put 5 out of 6 songs released so far, including "Cookie", in the ranks of streaming in the billions.
The combined cumulative Spotify streams of NewJeans' 6 songs has exceeded 1.1 billion (as of March 20). The impressive number shows NewJeans' global popularity which is rapidly spreading even without any overseas activities.
In fact, NewJeans seems to be consistently performing well on Spotify charts. On the 'Global Weekly Top Songs' chart recently released by Spotify (as of March 23), "OMG" ranked 27th and "Ditto" ranked 64th. The highest rankings for the two songs were 14th and 11th, respectively, and they are currently charting for 12 weeks and 14 weeks in a row.
