Shin Ye Eun in talks to star in upcoming historical drama 'Jung Nyeon'

Shin Ye Eun is in talks to star in the upcoming historical drama 'Jung Nyeon'.

On February 21, reports revealed Shin Ye Eun would be starring in the new series, and her label NPIO Entertainment clarified, "It's a project she's reviewing in a positive light." 'Jung Nyeon', based on the webtoon of the same name, tells the story of Yoon Jung Nyeon, a young girl living in the 1950s.

Though she has no money to her name, Yoon Jung Nyeon has an amazing voice and joins a women's traditional theater company. 

In related news, Kim Tae Ri was previously in talks to take the lead role of Yoon Jung Nyeon. Stay tuned for updates.
