No matter how successful BTS member Kim Taehyung, aka V, becomes, everyone who meets him always has nothing but positive things to say about him.

In his exclusive interview with Ilgan Sports, veteran actor Lee Jung Jae of the hit series 'Squid Game' talked about how his friendship with Taehyung started after the interviewer brought up their viral selfie together. 

Lee Jung Jae shared that he coincidentally met Taehyung at a private gathering. He was extremely friendly, and they later exchanged phone numbers. He was also impressed by Taehyung's beautiful appearance and personality, which made him understand why he was so loved worldwide.

"I ran into him at a private gathering. He was very friendly and we exchanged contact information. He let me hear a song he was working on. He is not only attractive in appearance, but also in personality. I understood why he was so loved worldwide."

Their friendship was revealed on December 2021, when Lee Jung Jae posted a selfie with Taehyung on his Instagram account during the height of Squid Game's popularity. He later shared a second selfie of them at another gathering in August 2022.

No matter who Taehyung meets, regular staff members or well-known celebrities, he never fails to win them over with his endearing charisma and kindness, which has earned him a positive reputation in the entertainment industry.
