BTS’s Jungkook made history by becoming the first Korean soloist ever to be nominated at the MTV VMAs. He is also the first and only Kpop soloist to be nominated in a major category.
News about his nomination made major headlines all over South Korean media, and many of the top Korean news channels had special coverage of his nomination.
Korean general public is incredibly proud and impressed by the fact that Jungkook’s very first solo collab became such a major worldwide hit and cannot wait for him to release more music.
