On August 25, Girls' Generation's Yuri shared some videos of her gym workout!

The idol/actress wrote, "A beginner gym member who dreams of being a muscle queen. #Nottoday #About2monthsago #DreamPullups."

Yuri can be seen working out her back and shoulders muscles with impeccable posture, wowing onlookers with her toned backside. 

Meanwhile, Yuri is currently starring in the new ENA drama series 'Good Job'.

Yuri was the poster girl for my PE fitness presentation!!! Always impressed with her fitness levels! That is a body to aspire to! Yeah, much better than just death dieting!!!
