Former B.A.P member Himchan denied the allegations of molesting two women on an exterior staircase at an establishment in Yongsan-gu, Hannam-dong.

Himchan denied the allegations of molestation through his legal representative during the trial.

Previously, Himchan was embroiled in a controversy after going on trial for sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s back in 2018. Amidst the trial, Himchan was once again involved in a lawsuit after being accused of molesting two women in April.

One entertainment reporter stated, "The incident occurred at a pub in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Himchan was in a state of intoxication, and a report was received of Himchan unnecessarily making physical contact with the woman on a steep outside staircase.”

According to the report, a total of two women claimed to have been victimized by Himchan.

One victim claimed that she felt Himchan touching her breasts and immediately protested strongly, while another said, he wrapped his hands around her waist while going up the exterior staircase.

In this regard, Himchan's legal representative said, "If you look at the surveillance footage, there is no evidence of Himchan touching her breasts. He only patted her on the shoulder but she claimed that he touched her chest.”

In addition, in regards to Himchan wrapping his arms around the woman's waist, the legal representative argued, "Himchan did not wrap his arms around the woman's waist, but rather he supported her with one hand around her waist area so that she does not fall."

However, the women claiming to be victims are raising their voices that Himchan is lying.

Meanwhile, Himchan is involved in another lawsuit after being accused of sexually assaulting a woman in her 20s in July 2018. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison at the time of the first trial. However, he is currently proceeding with an appeal.
