An anonymous netizen claimed that Ji Yeon Soo has been lying on television.

On July 10, a complaint was posted on KBS2's 'The Money School' viewers' bulletin board accusing Ji Yeon Soo of false broadcasting and claiming they are receiving financial damage because of the tv personality.

The writer of the complaint explained, "I helped Ji Yeon Soo a lot financially from 2009 to 2015. However, she made up stories that were not true and spoke with specific institutions being seen as a huge victim by society and by her family." The writer of the post continued to write, "I am asking the law to resolve my injustice."

The individual also claimed that Ji Yeon Soo is lying on television. The person explained, "Ji Yeon Soo is gaining attention by saying that she has bad credit and has to work at a mask factory. She shed tears while sharing these things to gain the sympathy of viewers and creating a situation in which more victims will occur."

The writer added, "If public broadcast companies air programs without verifying the facts about the people who appear on their broadcast, there will be more victims. I ask that the broadcaster go through proper verification and do their due diligence about the past actions of the people who appear on shows."

Currently, it is known that the writer of the complaint is currently going through a legal battle against Ji Yeon Soo due to financial issues.
