According to TV personality Park Soo Hong's legal representative on June 29, the controversial YouTube reporter Kim Yong Ho has been forwarded to prosecution under suspicion of spreading false rumors, slander, and defamation of character. 

Previously, Park Soo Hong filed a lawsuit against Kim Young Ho last year, after the controversial YouTuber spread various rumors about Park Soo Hong, Park Soo Hong's current wife, and even Park Soo Hong's adopted cat, Dahong. First, the YouTuber accused Park Soo Hong's wife of illegal gambling, illegal drug use, and of dating a former business CEO 'Yoo', who was known as a close friend of Park Soo Hong's prior to his death. Kim Yong Ho also accused Park Soo Hong of date violence against a former girlfriend, and further claimed that the TV personality had lied about finding his cat Dahong on the streets. 

Now, according to Park Soo Hong's legal representative, Kim Yong Ho has been forwarded to prosecution on criminal charges including defamation, interference of business, slander, and spreading false information. Kim Yong Ho, who failed to present any reliable evidence during his legal investigation, could face indictment as well as time in prison if found guilty by prosecution.
