The Met Gala has returned this year with its 2022 theme, "In America: An Anthology of Fashion"!
This year, NCT member Johnny officially made his Met Gala debut as the first member of his group to do so, attending the event dressed in a designer suit by Peter Do.
On his way out from The Mark Hotel, Johnny greeted a huge crowd of screaming fans, before joining the exclusive party at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Don't know about y'all but I personally think that he's (& Peter Do) is following the theme perfectly. They took a three piece suit (a frock coat, waistcoat & trousers... which obviously inspired by the Gilded Era fashion) and make it modern. Satin is also been popularise in America during the Gilded Era... sooo he's following the theme for me.

This year red carpet was apocalyptic lol
Most of the celebrities didn't respected the theme.
I'm happy to see him debut his first met gala. I even saw on twitter some people asking who he is since he's so sexy XD.
Anyways, I'll not blame him for his clothes. He was sexy but off of theme x)
