ITZY's Ryujin has donated 50 million Won ($40758.44 USD) to aid relief efforts for the Gangwon forest fires.
According to the charity organization The Promise on April 12, Ryujin decided to donate to aid those who are suffering due to forest fire damage. She expressed, "I sincerely hope it will be a small hope and strength for the victims of the affected areas, so they'll recover their precious everyday lives."
The Promise also stated, "We appreciate her warm act of sharing, and we'll do our best to help the victims who've lost their homes as soon as possible."
Ryujin's donation will be used towards various community support programs that will enhance community resilience, including gardening projects activities to help victims of forest fires adapt to their temporary housing environment.
