INFINITE's Sungjong has been selected as a host for blabla's 'Idol Blassom.'
On February 7 KST, metavoice community platform blabla announced that Sungjong served as the first host of 'Idol Blassom.' Different from a standard radio show, 'Idol Blassom' has the idol host communicate with fan listeners in real-time using various app-based functions with different themes, episodes, and concepts every time. Going beyond a simple talk show, it focuses on listener participation and is expected to provide a friendlier and more intimate broadcast experience.
Fans can participate and listen to the weekly 'Idol Blassom' broadcast through the blabla mobile application, with the first broadcast coming out on February 14 at 9 PM KST. The program will be broadcasted simultaneously in Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, India, and the Philippines.
Meanwhile, the hosting opportunity is Sungjong's first official activity after leaving Woollim Entertainment last month.
