Lee Byung Hun to participate in production of American movie 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' & in talks for starring role

Lee Byung Hun is participating in the production of an American romance movie, which he's also in talks to star in.

On July 19, The Hollywood Reporter reported Lee Byung Hun is producing and starring in a new Netflix film based on Maurene Goo's romance novel 'I Believe in a Thing Called Love'. The novel follows a high school senior named Desi Lee whose obsession with Korean dramas leads her to find love like she sees onscreen. 

Lee Byung Hun is also in talks to play the part of Desi Lee's father. His label BH Entertainment confirmed, "It's true actor Lee Byung Hun is participating in producing the film. He's considering appearing."

'I Believe in a Thing Called Love' will be produced by author Maurene Goo, Mary Lee of A-Major Media, and BH Entertainment's Lee Byung Hun and Charles Pak.
